That would mean there are 30.79M shares outstanding?>> The highlighted section reads "3,179,669 shares or 11.693% of the common stock outstanding of MRV Communications" This statement is from the "old" S-13G filed May 10th 2000. Before the split when there were approximately 27.2M MRV shares outstanding. The new S-1 says "3,557,710 shares or 5.503% of the common stock outstanding of MRV Communications". Dividing 3,557,710 by .05503 yields 64,650,372 shares outstanding. duff
