I'm not sure I understand what you are suggesting. All I can see is that the TSEM-SNDK alliance will now happen and will give SNDK access to some great technology, both for compact flash as well as embedded flash memory. SNDK has now obtained a gateway to embedded memory products, which diversifies its own product line that was formerly limited to removable memory. The end result is that SNDK can now become a leader in both types of flash memory. Art
