if the last filing was over six months ago, is it not conceivable that they sold those when the stock was in the 60-80 range? Why, I suppose that is possible. But I thought any person/entity owning more than 5% of the outstanding stock had to file when they sold? <--- Notice the question mark. If that is the case, then there should be a filing to that effect. I'll research it when I get time and if anyone's interested I'll post my results here. Mike
