You're absolutely correct. "Things" get better here every day and have been doing so for years.

He/She did but then, you appear to want to reject that. What induced this misery you project?

Only time I see a six shooter is on tv or in the desk drawer. Improvements and realities from other places seem to be irrelevant(would you prefer Houston as NYC? or maybe Dallas as San Francisco?)

Real Texans face their problems head-on and work out solutions. We tend to allow each other room to maintain some individuality and ask that others reciprocate.

Real Texans are born with an innate sense of who they are and never forget it. We also jump right straight up to defend Texas against scurrilous insinuations such as your post.
