The good news from that article is that it shows that the Pentium III is as fast - or faster than the 1.1 GHz AthWIper.

If one reads the discussion on this topic at Acehardware, its clear there is no consensus wrt the validity of this data, and plenty of concern that the versions of P4, MB, AGP, drivers, etc. used may make the benchmarks irrelevant.
