Lim,

you know I like you but my friend, I will be buying CALLS on RMBS, EXTR and INTC tomorrow and we can discuss this action tomorrow night after the bell. NOW - I will either look like an idiot as I usually do or a genius which is very rare.

Almost 350 post on the board today. Geez,

Buy the dip, realize I'm wrong eat the loss and wait.

Buy the next support...Realize I'm wrong eat the loss and wait.

On and on and on.

I'm on the sidelines now and expect to remain there until I return from vacation on the 23rd. Market will still be here. I want to believe mm disappear from the bid early tomorrow and that signals a climax just as everyone else. I look over at Lucent..sure it could be company specific but I see them citing higher reserves for bad debt. Wasn't this the same problem Ciena reported a few weeks ago? This is becoming too common. Yahoo "beats by a penny" and issues "cautious comments". It's easy to dismiss comments but really, when is the last time a YAHOO issued a cautious comment? I agree with you. I think this gets much worse before it gets better and I think it becomes painfully obvious as some of the hiflyers Amcc, Pmcs etc report blowouts and dont jump on the numbers. I think most of the remaining herd are hanging their hats on the numbers. How many are truthfully are expecting earnings to bail us out? Who doesn't know by now the Jnpr's and Extr's wont put up monster numbers? Forward guidance is absolute key here or we'll be relying on the federal reserve to bail us out of a hole.
