America loves an underdog.............whoever is trailing the last day before Vote tuesday will probably win.

One of the most important considerations for this election is that it be close. The satisfied people don't always feel that it is important to vote. If Gore is too far ahead then people who should be voting for congress and senate may stay home. Neck & neck is the proper race.
