Hi stu, doubt if I can be of much help. Have never used IE, been with Netscape since it's inception. However I had problems sometimes system would freeze with " Loading Java" displayed in lower corner both in NSCP 4.72 and 4.75. Using above links I was able to correct it. Not sure how to go about it in IE.
