Agreed! The board still supports McGinn so that will be their demise when the shareholders vote. I cannot fathom that McGinn could ever regain support of the employee's. This company needs fresh leadership FAST!! McGinn was way out of his leaque to start with and the results show it. On the plus side: diversified product line, micro spinoff, AV is gone. Hold on- LU will return as a big time winner...(With the right leadership) RMP
