I understand. I'm nervous too. I doubt JDSU would go below its spring lows which were in the high 70s as I recall (could be off here), and actually I think it'll stay in the 80s. It all depends on your perspective--do you want to look at it a year ago, 2 years ago, or last month?

Perhaps its best to wait, as Greg says, for the second bounce off a bottom, the first rally always fails. In other words, rather than trying to catch today's low, waiting until a real rally is in place.

I'm mainly nervous about extr, I think its held up well, but RR's comment about earnings gave me pause, esp on the heels of recent days, and I had been a bit concerned about that anyway--the're vulnerable with anything less than fantastic #s. I'm keeping a close watch on my position there. And I've been thinking also I've been too lazy in not setting sell stops 20% below any position I enter.

It isn't the time to buy Keith: not yet: especially not time sensitive items like options.
JMHO: The market is telling us what it's doing and it is not healthy.
