I think ex-tech, the PE on the NYSE or S&P is 12. Can't remember which.

Also, wasn't 3154 the previous closing low?

hi donald,

i'm not so sure about your permaBEARS vs permaBULLS argument. pick a timeframe longer than one year and permaBULLS are still making $$'s hand-over-fist.
IMHO, when lows take out the PRIOR years lows, then you'll see some major losses, until then, LTB+H is not so bad.
(i'm not advocating one way or the other, just pointing out the observation)
