Please keep in mind that my analysis is based on TIME not PRICE movement. In terms of time, yes the bounce should last more than just a few days, but thats no indication of how high it can go. We could just get a nice initial bounce and then ZIG-ZAG for many days.

I made my conclusion for a modest bounce based on the strong negativity in the market, and if there is no extreme signs of capitulation. If we do rally right from here then the the overall market lacked the extreme charactistics of capitulation. There are signs of extreme capitulation in the NAZ but not the DOW or SPX.
