I believe the units were in million barrels (40 gal each) and does that include the 2 million barrel reserve the government set up after last year?

Pete,

I figured gal. were wrong but was in too much of a hurry to check.....sorry for the slip.

All I can say is that the article said we had 48 million barrels of heating oil last year, and we have 24 million this year. Last nite, the American Petroleum.....something said heating oil supply dropped by 3+ million barrels week to week.

Who knows for sure whether there is a shortfall or not, but it certainly looks like one.
