Hi Disu,

In regards to RMBS, the thing that makes me nervous is that it dropped straight past it's 200dma.

I've been noticing a lot of the stronger fiber and storage plays have been rebounding off of the 200 or 50 dma.
Usually it is a signal for the funds to begin buying.

I've been having a lot of trouble figuring out RMBS's chart.
It almost seems to do what ever it wants to.
I thought it had a lot of strength at the 77 range.
When I saw it break 77 I got nervous.
When it broke below 70 yesterday, I sold it all.

But now I see how it reacts in exponential form to what the Naz is doing.

I'm looking to buy RMBS again as soon as I see some sort of stabilization in the Naz.

I think much of their problem is due to misconceptions between them being linked to the slagging PC industry.

Gateway reports tomorrow afternoon.
Perhaps they will post some relief to this sector...

Always,
