I believe its the weak hands that are selling at deep losses
( not strategic tax selling ) that are in deep trouble or the larger crowd who can't hold onto an issue for more than a few weeks who are in trouble.

for some reason i think TT is sneaking peeks now and then, but I think he's hanging tough.
