and if i subscribed to conspiracy theories i might see an impending "wag the dog" scenario created by the current administration to bolster the position of the vice president....

so why is natural gas going up almost 30% in the northeast? shortages? compensation for the warm winter of 99?

dynamics in the global economy that aren't making sense!
