INTC bounced off of low of 36 and change, SCH is off its low, CSCO,for whatever reason is the supposed indicator to watch for the NAZ, it bounced off 48 something and is now above the closely watched 50 level, AMAT is up over 4 and GE which has pulled this market out in the past continues to outperform given its size and will help turn the financials. Based on the above in my opinion the worst is over and the institutions will go bottom fishing with the cash they have from selling their losers this month.

Have to remember I have a vested interest in all of this as am riding down DELL and CPQ and F like everyone else; if we were all so smart we would be in T-bills. In short, too much money on the sidelines and too many undamaged stocks selling at damaged stock prices. Impossible for most of us to hit absolute bottoms but feel that we have bounced and time to take a stand.
