They're already in effect cutting benefits since they've adjusted the CPI down by at least 1.5 points since 1995.

Do you understand the problem now?The problem is getting our priorities in order. There is much more than enough money getting sucked into Washington D.C. to do the things that ought to be done. It's just that much ( most? ) of it is being wasted, stolen, and generally being used counter-productively.
