Thanks, Charles, both for your comment and having it here for me to return home to. It is possible, just possible that in my fatique and worry, my humor fell flat. I seem to recall that happening once or twice in my life.

A friend of the family who retired in Texas sent us an e-mail recently of an Aggie joke. She was very excited to add that "I'm really starting to feel like a native. I get Aggie jokes now."
