Short term, I think the best thing that could happen to AMD is if some chipset manufacturers start to use it. The great potential that it has is to reduce time to market for chipsts and motherboards, and it will allow some reusability.

I think when we see an announcement that Ali, Sis, Via or Serverworks use LDT, it will mean that AMD is being recognized as a leader, not a follower.
