I respect your right to say what ever you want but I don't respect your opinion. You make generalization after generalization on this thread about "companies" then try to link your biased notions to CNXT through your whacky and way off-base reasoning.

The company felt that they could better address their customers needs by spliting the business into 2 independent entities and therefore increase shareholder value. Not the other way around. Each entity will have a more narrow focus. Whether or not this will prove a wise decision only time will tell but I fail to see how this is some "greasy" attempt to pull the wool over the eyes of investors. Of course, I'm not as paranoid as you seem to be.

You seem to think that a company who attempts to "add shareholder value" is a company attempting to commit some sort of scam! You have the nerve to call the company's reasoning 'almost criminal'. I submit that your evaluation of CNXT is what borders on criminal. You have done little or no research. You base your 'analysis' (for lack of a better word) on the FACT that you believe that the market will crash.

You have already concluded that the company is engaged in illegal activity based on your latest comment: Once the crash has happened and the inevitable lawsuits have been filed, this is going to be one of the major complaints that the enraged investors
will come up with.

Of course, you word your statement carefully because you know you can't accuse this company of any wrong doing. You can try to scare anyone who reads this thread with your FUD posts but hopefully people will see your scam for what it is: Someone who THINKS they know more than they do.

Just my opinion,
Michael

Tomorrow should be positive in the AM. AMCC beat estimates, provided positive guidance and stated that they had a book to bill of 1.5 for communications chips. now if only the market will cooperate...GLW, RBAK, SONS and TXCC also had positive announcements today. tp
