Auric,

I sure hope you are right. A reprieve from the shelling, however brief, would give me a chance to do a little estate planning and prepare a proper last will and testament before I jump out of my window and splatter all over Park and 48th St. And if you are right and we get a bounce I will put you down in the will for my Jaguar when I check out. It is no Aston, but has very low mileage and brand new Pirelli's. It can be a bit temperamental, however. You know those English cars...

It would seem that we have more in common than a mutual love of English automobiles. I also have a Tim Luke problem. His buy rating on PHCM really chafes me and he better not defend the stock via a First Call note tomorrow if he knows what is good for him. Double-secret probation is no laughing matter:

As I am sure you know, Institutional Investor's yearly poll sez Tim Luke (Lehman Brothers) is just about the biggest Telecom ax on the sell-side cuz he emphasizes traditional security analysis and has sharpened his valuation skills over the years. From what I can gather, Tim Luke's (Silicon Investor) idea of security analysis is pulling his index finger out of Jane's butt, licking it and seeing which way the wind is blowing.

Whassup wit dat? Does it work in this market? I am at the end of my rope and willing to try just about anything.
