When the inking is done, then we have a new company here.
IMO we are looking at an interesting future here, what substance and possible target price for the stock - impossible to say. In order to achieve targets on exchange NASD or AMEX, there are certain limitations to be met, thus in some way the stock fundamentals have to go above those limits. Given the many patents held, I'd say there is a fair chance for that to happen. IMHO
