The scoop on QCOM...2 Telecom Index Funds were hit with redemptions this morning, they sold huge across the board in telecom. The MM's knew this was coming in QCOM so made the fund's suffer to get out. Some MM's like LEH were on the sell side early only to return to the buy side late, probably for their own account.

They were reporting this "Qualcomm-QCOM down on rumor Australian Co. product eliminates need for chip" in the various daytrading chat rooms. Just more of the good old fashioned manipulation that goes on day in and day out in the market. Anyone who thinks people should throw their SS money into the market.. doesn't understand how much manipulation there is in the market
