Thanks Rick, I read the King monograph, but it does not do as much for a science-challenged lawyer as it would for you. I will try to collect some of that anecdotal evidence while attending the American College of Chest Physicians meeting in San Francisco later this month. As to CNCT it seems to offer no leverage if you look only at cash and ITMN interests. On those alone we would need to see a CNCT price below 3. But if CNCT has other independent value there may be leverage in the whole of it. I respectfully dissent re, "You now know absolutely nothing more than when you asked". ij
