Midas you forget for every two new share you also get a warrant exercisable at .65 . The debenture will be exercisable at .62 cents and Pall will be able to force them to exercise partially at .75 within 30 days the way I read this. This only means we can see the stock going to at least .75 in the near future to start wiping out the debenture debt. And with 2.5 million warrants at a dollar I see this going even higher with a few good results. MacLoud
