Well, CASH is stil the place to be, i would expect some nibbling by smaller institutions trying to get the jump on the bigger players sub 3000 or so, but very risky inn my opinion,Mmy quality ipo's are holding well with the Dow down -350+, all i wll hold long for now, for bounces, as they have the least downside that i see at these levels.

Saw Vix at 32 today. ADV/Decline still awfull.
