Yup, took most of my proceeds from stocks and starting to invest in real estate, and while I still have some core tech holdings, they recently went from terrific beach house in Mauii on beach to lesser home in AZ!...the markets, for me, have lost their appeal, at least until the next wave of excitement, and we may not see a repeat of last years wave for many yrs to come. Folks who have tried to outguess the latest market conditions have generally been WRONG and trying to make money this way is difficult and time consuming...even the best traders have had their heads handed to them in various ways over the past couple years and folks who dreamed of retirement within 2-3 yrs are now lost in scramble mode praying to recoup what they have now lost...in this case, many will wish they had kept their day jobs...now go ahead, someone tell me that story of how they've made 2,000% this year alone!
