Bush just needs to explain that he was responsible for the first tax cut, and perhaps invented it.
In your concern for Reagan you forgot the irony that he was shot by a mentally ill person.

That's why I like Al and Joes ideas. They both said I will get $10,000 dollars to pay for college for my 2 children. That $20,00 will sure help. Ken
