The fact of the matter is that 80-90% of all internet companies will go out of business..But the market has rewarded 95% of them..... what is happening now is that ..people are finding out that they were naiive.... I have a question for you....would you invest in The private companies that advertise in your yellow pages?? If I owned a Trucking outfit, would you invest in it or If you saw someone buy injto a Huge restaurantt,, would you blindly throw your money in...?? The answer is undoubtedly no, cause you have to investigate and do all kinds of stuff to satisfy yourself that the people involved and the business is sound..audited finanials,, customer base and stuff like that..So maybe out of 100 companies that you look at 5 or 6 will be ones you would invest in and chances a few of those would even faill... Now look at the internet..people blindly throw money into stuff that hasnt got a prayer of ever making money..I mean can you believe that people paid almost 100 bucks a share for a company that sold Postage stamps for 10% over retail ?? The public ..will learn to be more discerning or ..they will have to get used to assuming the position that analysts & their Brothel houses will rape them over and over , till the end of time...
