I'm guessing that you're not seeing "File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Help". You should be. Maybe you will see a little vertical divider that you can click and drag one way or another to uncover it. Or, try rolling the mouse up from below just to the lower boundary of the toolbar, to where the cursor changes to little arrows. Click and drag down, to make another row. I am using IE 5.50.4134.0600 on my desktop and 5.50.4134.0100 on my laptop, and File, Edit, View etc show all the time. If you can't get them to show on your machine, I would think that you have corrupted files and IE will have to be reinstalled. Frank
