Let them get six months running, than we'll ask for 18<g>

I'm not a techno, someone explain maybe, what's the big deal between running 6 months of search and 18 months? Okay, I understand more data, but isn't it like having six kids instead of three? Just get a bigger car? And if you have 18 kids, you buy a bus.
