gao seng, The illegal aliens do not have medical insurance. They depend on the county hospital system where they receive excellent care at no, or prorated, cost depending on their ability to pay. Only state and county money is used for this service, and it costs the federal government nothing. I, for one, do not like paying a dime for any services to someone who is illegal, AKA against the law, AKA a criminal, but Texans are, by nature, humanitarians. I know, I am one and, even though I don't like it, I don't complain about it. ~H~
