I watched CBS instead of ABC this go-'round, to see what Dan Rather would say. Interestingly, he was subdued and even- handed, which is, frankly, not like him. I thought that was the most remarkable testimony that Bush had made an impression........By the way, in the "small world" category, my youngest brother went to school in Georgetown when Rather still lived in Washington, and Rather's son is one of his best friends, or was, as the case may be........And, of course, Dan is a Texan.......
