Pi, Ever since I followed WSTL, I did not see it going down to 9-10 area and staying there - technicals. It did, under extra ordinary circumstances. I think some market manipulators got it where they want it to be and some funds are accumulating it now so that they show better fund performance in the next one or two quarters. After they accumulated enough, I would not be surprised to see a series of upgrades on WSTL and DSL to sucker the individuals back in. jmo. Ram
