That's all very well, but what if the telcos just can't borrow the cash they need to pay for the new gear? A small slowdown in equipment demand would wreak havoc with some of these stocks.

ps: Went to another etrade focus group last night. They're always fun. If many online traders/investors shifted strategies as I did in 2000, heaven help the online brokerage sector!
