I am sure I read it correctly, there is no incentive for the converts to short here, the floor is at around $10.5, it does not come into effect for 9 months, and SCON has a solid two years or more cash on hand. I believe that this puppy will be brought to the very high teens and probably up to just under the major resistance at $23. Of course, the market mood may not cooperate with the converts, but for now, I am assuming the market will cooperate.
