(from espn.com):

If defensive coordinator Steve Sidwell were smart, he'd take a page from New England's defensive playbook. In his last three games against the Colts, Patriots coach Bill Belichick has designed a defense that has held the explosive Colts to just 13, 16, and 13 points. His scheme, called "22 man rat" by some teams, is predicated on strong play from the outside linebackers. Sidwell has just the pair to pull this off. The key to stopping Indy's offense is slowing down tight ends Dilger and Pollard. What the Seahawks must do is run a five-man front and press the tight ends at the line of scrimmage with OLBs Simmons and Chad Brown.

Most teams allow Dilger and Pollard to get free releases off the line of scrimmage, but that can't happen if you want to shut down this offense. With two safeties and MLB George Koonce roaming the middle, CBs Springs and Willie Williams must play tight man coverage and force everything inside. In order to beat this defense, the Colts must get a big day from RB James in the passing game. James hasn't looked very explosive the past three weeks, but he will be locked up against slew-footed Koonce in coverage.
