This is it folks!! Funny thing... if you read the HD release - the release that's taking the market down you would have never guesses. They site lower lumber retail prices as the reason they will come in at 4% quarter on quarter instead of 5%-7% revenue growth. They say business remains robust... So, the market is tanking because retail lumber prices are down. So, while you would think this would help quell inflation fears and be helpful overall to the market instead the market is reacting as if there is a sales slow-down. That however is not what HD said. Sheesh. Talk about a skittish market.
