Q -- it has been a long time since margin was a tool to be used by the sane. You are correct it is not a time to be in techs but as you pointed out the dow is being pummeled today. This may be the panic we have been hearing about. Good thing novl is not a dow issue or a tech but IMO it comes under the other heading you mentioned.. "low grade issues".

OT: DOW breaks 10,000. Nasdaq just 26 pts away from breaking 3000. It's a bear market out there folks. Tough times ahead for those in techs.
