The Nasdaq bounced really well off of 3100-3103...which was yesterday's intraday low...so, technically, you could argue that we have set a low and retested....

Csco, Sunw, EMC, etc are coming back/holding up very well here...Strength is the semis now, quality new, news are holding up very well...

I guess (a big turnaround day is possible, but) it all depends on (1) if the Naz finishes GREEN, (2) volume remains heavy (3) A/D line is strongly positive (which it likely will be if Naz finishes up +40,50).......of course, the 3100-3103 needs to hold today..

S&P 500, Dow had to have its "flush out" day (S & P had rollled over)...perhaps today is that day....we'll know by the close..

Gary, it could be that all the heavily leveraged people are getting margin calls now along with others just panic selling. That could account for the selloff. High oil prices and crazy Israelis and Palenstinians don't help matters either. Ah well.
