STAMFORD, CT, Oct 12, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

Nimble new solution offers "one stop shopping" for corporations'
entry to EBPP
Citibank e-Business, a division of Citigroup, the premier global financial services company (NYSE: C), today announced the launch of an e-billing business-to-consumer solution, Citibank e-Billing B-to-C. This offering will provide flexible and enhanced capabilities for corporations to send statements or bills to their consumers and receive payments via the Internet. Citibank e-Billing B-to-C will be powered by YourAccounts.Com, the e-commerce division of Output Technology Solutions, a DST Systems, Inc. company (NYSE: DST).

Citibank e-Billing B-to-C (www.citibank-ebilling.com) provides a comprehensive, end-to-end solution to support the electronic billing needs of companies, from integrated payment and presentment to customer service and targeted marketing. Citibank e-Billing B-to-C web-enables legacy billing and receivables systems, simplifies complexities, and provides a single transaction point for the entire electronic bill presentment and payment process.

"This offering is an integral part of our strategy to provide Internet-based transaction services to our corporate customers, in order to help our customers realize the convenience, value, efficiency and reach afforded by Internet technology. Citibank e-Billing B-to-C is an innovative, web-based solution that transforms static paper bills into an e-commerce platform," said Norberto Spangaro, North America Region Head, Citibank e-Business, a recognized global industry leader in treasury management services. "As a longstanding global leader in payment and settlement services, Citibank is pleased to be on the forefront of helping our corporate customers harness the Internet's power."

"We are excited to be developing a world-class electronic bill presentment and payment solution with Citibank," said John Korvin, YourAccounts.Com President. "Our agreement with Citibank e-Business in the electronic space enables us to leverage our expertise to deliver a next-generation solution for the bank and its customers."

Citibank e-Billing B-to-C is being offered to clients in the United States. It translates billing data from legacy languages and subsequently routes it electronically to various consumer billing access and presentment platforms. Examples of these include bill consolidator sites, Internet portals, or a biller's branded website. The biller's consumers, who previously received a paper bill, can now view and pay their bill using the Internet. In addition, the Citibank solution provides billers with security, advanced customer care applications, statement archiving, dedicated e-bill marketing support, sophisticated targeted marketing, and various payment options. Citibank offers a robust standard e-bill implementation package with optional features such as instant e-bill registration.

Charlie,

The market has now reduced the internet as a flash in the pan. I don't think so. Alot of things to buy. Question is to wait or buy now?
