$COMPX, $NDX, and $SPX Have Not Closed Gap From This Morning $COMPX just bounced off the bottom of the gap (yesterday's close) and $NDX is considering how it would look in red.

I respect your opinion but I can't see how we can rally with the prospect of the ME going up in flames at any moment. The way this ME situation evolves is much more important than anything TA can tell us. The situation is uncertain to say the least and the market hates uncertainty. It's obvious that a rally was planned for today but first HD, then the other two events killed it off. The naz is in denial (it really wanted that rally) but will catch up imo.
