Hi Raymond - it is hard to say the ramification, except that Mr Wygod has a good track record in the healthcare industry. I don't want to make light of Mr Clark's departure. The latter is a big gun in the tech arena, despite the demise of some of former babies, not that he was responsible.

I do question this quality of this article. For instance, the author perpetuated the error

But just last week, Janus applied to sell in the open market its stake in the beleaguered company

which is incorrect

I wonder how much they really put up? I guess resigning lets them off the hook from putting up the other $180 m, which was starting to look like a tender offer or going private transaction.
