The article ran yesterday and it seemed confused. Actually, it contained less information than is available on this thread, and at first blush, I think it contained some accounting treatment errors. Unusual for the Journal, But it is good for entertainment value, anyway.

As an example, (not necessarily of accounting but inexactness) it talked about MU and said something like that will be hard to repeat. DUH.

Also, it mention that the fund had gone down from 10BB to 7.5BB. That would seem a fair assessment if you just sold 2.5 BB; WSJ made no attempt to put these together.
