Sy, I just got back from the INSP "merger" meeting.

A very upbeat meeting. Presented by Arun Sarin. More about him later, other than to just comment he's an incredibly impressive, amicable, and responsive guy. Jain was not at the meeting, unless he was in disguise.

The following is the first "short-term" news I'll report:

1. The Merger is a DONE DEAL as of today. That means it will be filed today, and officially be closed tomorrow. No more waiting, or dragging this thing out as long as Dec. 31st!

2. Our beloved GNET stock will STOP TRADING as of today!

3. The best "short-term" news as far as I'm concerned, is that on October 25th (this month), the 3rd Quarter Report for BOTH companies will be combined, and filed as one, INFOSPACE. I find that pretty amazing, considering the merger just happened today. That should get the analysts scrambling with new projections.

Roger

PS. That's extremely sad and depressing news in the middle east today. I just heard it for the first time in your post to me. No time for humor for sure. A very sad day for the world.

PPS. I'll give additional impressions from the meeting later, when I can collect my thoughts and review my notes. Geesh, I just now saw the DOW for the first time today! Unbelievable!
