Hi Raymond - if memory serves, some people did question Clark [& Doerr] timing of the purchase after their announcement of buying an additional $220MM and they said that they didn't do so right away b/c they were insiders. How is that relates to his leaving of the BoD, I ve no idea. If they have a large enough position, don't they still have to file with the SEC? I don't remember the % though.

Ultimately, I see this is a huge transition, with Wygod at the helms, we will have to see his track record with MMGR. And my guess is that Janus will evaluate accordingly too

I did not think he would make a tender. It was a cynical comment that the $220 m is becoming such a large piece of the company that he might fall under the tender offer or GPT regs.

4 for sure.

And, 21 m shares is now under 5%, so Jim Clark has no more disclosure requirements, assuming his shares are registered, IMO.
