<<and like I told someone this morning, let em bring it down to 1000 and I will not give a crap >>

With all due respect intended, you really should watch statements like that. Surely you realize that not many have pockets as deep as you....and whether a drop to Naz 1000 wouldnt bother you, it would literally bankrupt millions of people.

Thanks....me, the pest

VOLT STOP RIGHT THERE

There are many people like myself that wait for your next post good, bad or indifferent. Your upbeat thinking is worth it's weight in GOLD (hehe). However, you should not blame yourself, nor others for their misfortunes. I believe in many things you say, but some I don't and that is jmo.

Don't leave under these circumstances. Whatever happens, happens and that is why this is the Porch. I, my man would be disappointed if you were to l leave.

Keep the faith, it could be worse and I am not referring to the markets, but health.

Good Luck

Vinnie

INTC is up a fraction.. CSCO holding at 50
MSFT down tiny... ORCL up a little
positive signals from techland

got a serious comment about Houses protecting inventory
my guess is they sold tens of thousands of QQQ calls last month
maybe a few hundred thousand contracts

you protect your personal shares by selling calls
the Houses protect their inventory by selling QQQ calls
they probably sold them by the 1000's from 4300 down to 3600
now they watch them die worthless

Houses dont have to buy buy buy to protect their inventory
they must buy eventually to protect future commissions
thus saving their customer base
dont you think so?
