Don, this is not good. VIX at 34+, the NDX approaching 3000, and CSCO is below 50. However, the Down vol/Up vol on the NASDAQ is still "only" 2.3:1 -- not the makings of capitulation. When it gets to 5:1 then we worry. Just flushed the rest of my INTEL at a big loss feeling it could drop below 35 today or tomorrow. Do doubt now the NASDAQ is in trouble. Good luck to all.
