Because of the exogeneous conditions, it is difficult to rely on traditional measures. I am still heavily "in", despite kicking out all the semi equip (I am planning to get back in them once I see some settling), but from the point of view of the markets internals, we, strangely enough are still OK. Of course, when some stock reach the pain point I'll getout of the way, conservation of capital is important.
